I suggest that we remove from any description every part that receives
contradictory feedback.  At some point we will have whittled it down to its
most basic (and common) components.

Even if you are correct, there are still many people, myself included, that
are doing design and evaluation.  And that's why it says "the SA *may* also
be responsible for..."

I am willing to bet that there very few systems administrators of networks
with less than 50, maybe even 100 nodes, that will be subjected to any
"business school" requirement before they are allowed to design or evaluate
technology for their company.
