Aleksey, I did in younger days have a fair amount of exposure to other
industrial noises. I've been to a few concerts but not a lot. 

I have been in a *lot* of server rooms where people needed to raise their
voices in order to hold a conversation, and that's a danger signal. If you
feel you have to shout to be understood by someone six feet away, you're
very probably encountering enough noise that regular exposure could damage
your hearing.

It's not easy to be sure about these things. But it's better to be safe than
sorry, and take what steps you can to mitigate any repeated noise exposure.
You only lose your hearing once, and even the best hearing aids are a poor
substitute for the OEM equipment you were born with!
