I have been waiting for this. I need to use IPv6 for operational reasons but I
am concerned because as yet there is no legal requirement that network
neutrality be enforced. Someone could delay my IPv6 packets sent over the
traditional Internet. There is also no strong anti-interception enforcement.
Sure, it is illegal but the legal situation with regard to the Internet is
still murky in my opinion. We know it happens all the time and the perpetrator
is rarely caught.

But there is good, and most importantly, recent case law/precedent in existence
to deter anyone who might interfere with my IPv6 traffic sent using RFC 6214
and assure me of their successful prosecution:
