I have been waiting for this. I need to use IPv6 for operational reasons but I am concerned because as yet there is no legal requirement that network neutrality be enforced. Someone could delay my IPv6 packets sent over the traditional Internet. There is also no strong anti-interception enforcement. Sure, it is illegal but the legal situation with regard to the Internet is still murky in my opinion. We know it happens all the time and the perpetrator is rarely caught. But there is good, and most importantly, recent case law/precedent in existence to deter anyone who might interfere with my IPv6 traffic sent using RFC 6214 and assure me of their successful prosecution: http://i.imgur.com/cmHEF.png -- Tracy Reed Digital signature attached for your safety.
