Showing you have the tenacity and ability to study for and pass a
{,series of} test{,s} is one thing, and has some merit.
But it does not replace either experience or common sense.
Whether you or your employer feels passing the test{,s} is critical is
another thing, and, I believe, incredibly subjective.
My opinion - this and $2.50 will get you a Timmy's large iced coffee.
