It isn't a perfect solution but I've implemented "The Cycle" for my own use
and have used it daily for the past several years using Evernote. I chose
Evernote because it is available on virtually every device out there plus
on the web so it is quickly and easily accessible to me no matter where I
am.

The table below is what I use to track my time and projects. Nothing fancy
as you can see but it works well for me.
