Aaron, The intent is that the policy would cover members at LOPSA functions, online and off. Keep in mind that this policy is designed to protect LOPSA members, not to establish a witch hunt or to try to dictate how its members behave away from events. What this policy says is that LOPSA will not tolerate harassment of its members by anyone, members or nonmembers, and that it will take such efforts as it can to remedy the situation.
