In that case, I'd say that once we get this org-specific policy hammered out, we can adopt Esther and Beth Lynn's policy (with any necessary changes, if they exist) for conferences, assuming that's something that the membership and the board want. I'd be in support of it.
But I think we need to decide on this one first.
