In the source policy, I suspect it was to prevent things like treating
someone differently because they use homeopathy (or possibly prescribed
drugs or vaccinations)?

I'm not certain, but I couldn't come up with a good reason to take it out,
so I left it in. Since we're a professional organization, my thought was
that we should probably stick to dealing with the professional settings,
not what people do or don't do in their own time.
