I can't say enough good things about Land's End. I've been ordering from them since the lat 80s (although not recently).
You can upload your official logo and then let people order direct from LandsEnd. You have to go through their corporate sales group, but quite nice folks the last time I dealt with them. I'm pretty sure LLBean does the same thing. Nice polo shirts, and also button downs if you're of that persuasion. Also jackets, canvas briefcases, etc. --tep
