I have that same shirt (also never worn), with four signatures.  I
don't think they were pre-signed, since I ended up with 2 shirts
(one to wear, one to have signed) and one had no signatures.  One of
the signatures may have been by proxy, though.  And honestly, other
than Larry's, I'm not sure I could identify which of the signatures
was which...  :-)

I believe it was at LISA '96 in Chicago (my first, and also where I
first really started to learn Perl, thanks to Tom's tutorial).
