Interesting. Ages ago, I spent some time working on the account side for RHT, and have no problem saying that I left due to being unwilling to lie to people as a required part of my daily work.
Their recruiters are judged on number of candidates they can drag in to interview each week-- this lead to "creating" positions that have little to no basis in reality. On the account side, they describe ideal candidates that don't actually exist. Sickening, really-- I was left with the distinct impression that the only thing they cared about was shoehorning people into roles, regardless of fit-- if they're telling you $60K is too high, it's because they've got someone who wants to pay no more than $50K, and they're trying to shove you into the role. Recruiters are generally weasels, but RHT was (in my experience) among the worst. This is of course my experience in one particular shop.
