Don't know about the US, but in Markham (Toronto), Infinite Cables
has left and right hand C14 to straight C13 cables in 3' 6' 12'

And I believe they will ship to the US. And I've always thought
their prices were more than competitive.
They also have red, white, and blue power cables, short cables (1' and
up), Y power, cat 5, etc.

with vertical PDUs and matching power cords. The cords were C13 to C14 cords
