But I bet more of us deal with it every day than we care to admit.

And so far, really, only one of us has had the balls to stand up and actually 
do something about it.

Not talk about it. Not complain to some middle-management that just ignores you 
and tells you to suck it up. Not write an ineffective letter to a semieffective 
politician. Not just quit a job in protest. But actually DO something that 
might actually change things.

Kind of inspirational, actually, to be honest.
