I've had two HP OfficeJet Pro 8600's at different locations lose their cyan ink
feed, somewhere between the ink cartridge and the print head. Both saw heavy
use, so I'm not sure if this was a design flaw or a wear/tear issue.

Other than that, I've found most HP products to be fairly decent, save for
their very low end models like the OfficeJet 4620, which have WPS-only wifi
setup that is very hit or miss to set up.

I tend to prefer Brother B/W laser printers (tend to be bulletproof, they take
standard SODIMMs), and Canon inkjets (they rarely dry out, can print on optical
disks given a tray).
