Hi Denise - I've used Netbotz, AKCP, and Servertech products mostly. Anything SNMP capable can be piped into your monitoring tool of choice though. I measure and trend Temp/Humidity/Airflow/Water (presence)/Door switch/PDU branch and phase draw/UPS draw, etc.
One thing I wouldn't do: Allow Netbotz to control your switched PDUs. I've had 40+RU go silent in the past due to their past crappy offerings.
