It's not easy to find, but Confluence can export an entire space into one 
document.

(In your preferred space, click Space Tools, then go to the "Content Tools" 
tab, then "Export". From there, you can export a whole space as a single PDF, 
or HTML.)

Yes.  They export a single page at a time, as far as I can tell.
