I think it would be better (IMNSHO) if the board took the time to
actually create and publish a list as part of the website that says "For
the year xxxx the board has established these items as their
priorities." and then create the list. (I shudder to use the term but
this /would/ be akin to a "Mission Statement" for the organization for
the year. We'd all know /clearly/ the objectives and efforts.)

Yes, I could, as Tom put it, reverse-engineer the list but that implies
a great deal of free time to grind through the various messages and the
availability of the skill to *guess* at what the board means. In the
interest of clarity of communications and unity of effort, how about a list?
