I don't think doing chapter-like activities via remote comms solves any
particular issue, but I do think that it would enhance LOPSA value
tremendously. For what it's worth, the only value I get from LOPSA are the
mailing lists. Adding a bunch of presentation on focus topic over
video-conferencing would absolutely be the next step to this.
