I'm currently using Broadvoice as my primary, and Anveo as a pre-paid
backup line (dialing 9 before the # sends it out the Anveo trunk). Of late
the connection to Broadvoice has been especially spotty and folks are
noticing oddities like calling out works, but if you get voicemail, it then
goes to a busy signal. I don't have a lot of time to troubleshoot things
with how busy work has been and my general disability being a time-suck, so
I thought I'd poke here and see what folks are using for similar services.

Basically I'm looking for an US unlimited calling plan, ideally with EU/CA
dialing. Being able to handle multiple outbound calls would be nice but not
a deal breaker. Only need one incoming line at a time (so not a full trunk
like a lot of the business services would offer).

Once upon a time, Broadvoice was great, but over the years they seem to
have gone downhill; their support responses and response times have become
unhelpful and their Asterisk instructions haven't been updated since I
signed up, despite the many versions that have been released since. It
seems like they've moved on to focusing on phonepower.com since the
Convergent/Global NAPS buyout.
