I believe it is all prepaid. The $7.95/mo DID has no inbound minute fees,
but outbound for everything is 1.44¢/min. The PIAF deal drops the
$7.95/mo to $3.99/mo with 4,000 inbound minutes and two channels.
I personally use the $1.49/mo DID for home which is 1.2¢/min. inbound, but
we generally don't make or receive many calls.
