If they're generating useless traffic just to balance a TX/RX ratio -- to their own benefit -- then that's fraudulent abuse. > At that point it's your client's machines that are generating the most > traffic. So it's essentially similar in implementation to a DDoS. Their servers direct the client to flood the network with useless traffic. In the null-route they go, and my customers are given a stern warning about the perils of downloading malware. D
