I think you'd fall into a hole of trying to preserve the DRM that the content-owners insist on while allowing for the P2P aspects. Because my understanding today is that your netflix "stream" is personalized to a certain extent that it is identifiable "to you", should you manage to break the DRM. And that ability would go away if you added a P2P aspect. D
