I think an ED would allow us to at least ensure specific tasks are being
carried out successfully. With the AH debt paid off much of our membership
money is now being held looking for a worthy cause that we should be
spending money on. Having an ED would allow us to set those priorities and
carry them out.

In my opinion an ED would enable us to do as much or as little as we
provide leadership for.
