Hi,

Last night at 4pm PST we attempted to add a second brocade 6740 fiber switch to our fabric. Well things went south and after 13 hours I am still here. VMware folks claim the servers are fine and what they are seeing is iscsi session start, then drop; then start again and drop; etc. Brocade folks found some minor packet drops < 1% and fixed that, but no help. I am still waiting to hear back from the Fujitsu SAN folks. I am running vmware 6.0U2.

Any ideas on what I can do next? Some servers are up and running slowly. Others will not come up. If I reboot an esxi server it takes a long time to come up with all the iscsi errors.

Thanks in advance for your ideas.
