to int/dist to make distcheck work (i.e. address
https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/job/yangtools-distribution-check-nitrogen/310/consoleFull#-24014868e5f83968-6a6e-4afa-aebf-7456048eb3ce).
From that point on distchecks for non-migrated projects will be failing.

We have yangtools, mdsal, controller lined up.

An did attend it, the end result (on the Kernel projects' call) was to
delay pulling the trigger until 8am PST today for netvirt to come back
if they find problems.
