I'm confused with this one. I cannot reproduce if I spin up the same VM manually and run a build. It seems to only happen with the job. I will try to reproduce this on the jenkins-sandbox tomorrow and see if I can troubleshoot it while it's running. For some reason it's failing to run the `patch` command against `pax-web-features-4.3.0-features.xml` and is what's causing the build failure but patch commands prior to it successfully run...
