It's technically feasible to relink the accounts, but not easy. It
requires some very extensive SQL modifications that if done incorrectly
can mess up the entire wiki. As such, no, we will not be doing account
relinking.

As Michael mentioned, if your ODLID and LFID are the same, then it's a
non-issue anyway, but if they're different, I'm sorry but you're
contributions are going to have to switch to a new account :(
