I believe getting people to show up to work on a weekend, possibly from
half way across the globe, might be a little difficult.  My $0.02.

Can we not schedule a room during the week long event?  Seems depressing
that we are reduced to hosting this during a weekend or virtually,
especially considering the blowouts we have done in the past...
