The TSC met on Thursday, January 11, 2018 and covered a number of topics.
Detailed minutes here:

https://meetings.opendaylight.org/opendaylight-meeting/2018/tsc/opendaylight-meeting-tsc.2018-01-25-18.02.html

Main topics and decisions:

   - ODL DDF: Phil was present to clarify the answers to many questions
regarding the DDF as well as the developer forum. In summary:
      - As discussed before the LFN cross community developer forum will be
on Monday-Tuesday March 26-27. The link to LFN wiki to propose the talks
      will be sent soon.
      - ODL will have a dedicated room for 30 people on Sunday March 25. In
parallel on Sunday XCI meet will happen in a separate room of 15 people.
         - We will be able to have space for breakout sessions for ODL if
         needed on Mon-Tue March 26-27.
         - Phil was strongly encouraging/requesting the ODL developers to
attend not just the Sunday session but also the LFN cross
community Mon-Tue
      session to make it successful.
      - ODL Contributors will get a 50% discount for the ONS which can
bring the cost down to around $600 if we use the early bird rate - Phil
will send the details/link for this later.
   - Oxygen:
      - Code freeze still stands for January 28 - but we will monitor and
be open to moving the date a bit if there are patch queues that
cannot make
      it.
   - Carbon:
      - Besides the usual blockers, couple of bugs marked as blockers by
OPNFV. Need to follow up if netvirt 896 is actually a blocker,
they seem to
have been over-aggressively bumped to blockers. Other OPNFV marked
blocker netconf 503 wasn't a problem with ODL and has been marked as
      resolved.
   - LFN demo at the ONS:
      - There are 4-5 slots available for doing a demo in the LFN booth.
ODL members if you are interested please check out the email sent by
