I didn't fully understand this. is this something that happens just for
channels that are cloaked or is this something on the users? Meaning is
there something we should add here for our user accounts?

Thanh, please help with the #opendaylight-ovsdb channel. Surprisingly, the
netvirt channel has been untouched - any idea why the #opendaylight-netvirt
channel has been safe?
