Groups.io has its own username and password separate from the LF Identity. But it does work across all groups.io lists (ONAP, ODL, OPNFV, etc). If you were subscribed to the list in mailman, you should be subscribed to the list in Groups.io and you shouldn't need to log in unless you wish to manage that subscription. Further information about managing your Groups.io account can be found using the Groups.io portal which has robust documentation.
