Hi Jachym, An example of an application can be found on www.landbouwvlaanderen.be. You should try 'Oefen e-loket'.
The application let the users register their parcels to handle their tax registration. They can split or modify their existing parcels, or create new ones. The whole back office administration is also handled by the application. It is used to provide an alternative to the paperwork alternative. This year it will be the second time the web application will be used, after successful introduction last year. The try out version is in Flemish, but you can get an idea of the possibilities in this exercise version. The sample is build with .NET C# technology and uses Geomajas, a JAVA based open source framework for building an SDI framework. The Flemish version is known under geGIS.
