There are many excellent nominations this year, so it will be hard to make a choice.
But in the case of Angelos I'd like to spend some words as I have been interacting with him directly on some projects. He is really a great guy, always very kind with a great attitude to help others. He has an awesome and extended knowledge of the OSGeo community and its related projects.
