My name is Msilikale Msilanga, i am a core chair of FOSS4G 2018 which will be
held in Dar es Salaam. We need to have the mailing list for FOSS4G 2018 with
the same name “FOSS4G2018” from the main list for OSGeo
(https://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/admin
<https://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/admin>). But since i am not authorised to
create one in the OSGeo, kindly help me to create one or please advice how
should i move forward.
