Hi

Try running the meconder command line that indytube tries to use - this
is written into the log file. Run it directly youself on the command
line and find out why FLV transcoding doesnt work. You will have to
remove some of the options for "quiet" mode.

I think you can ignore those ruby ERROR lines, as long as flvtool2 is
installed, and you can run it from the cmd line.
