Kupu doesn't seem to work with inline editing in plone 4. TinyMCE which is
the default editor for plone 4 works, but when upgrading from plone 3, the
user's preferences are preserved, and so users end up with kupu unless the
change it from their personalize form. We should find a way to force
tinyMCE on all users on migration.
