Added an upgrade step that changes all users editor to TinyMCE. I tested
it succesfully with an old user of mine (clopy2) on testing.plumi.org. Can
someone that hasn't manually changes his/her editor to TinyMCE test if
they're seeing tinyMCE isntead of Kupu now? If you don't know which one
you're seeing, got to http://testing.plumi.org/personalize_form and check
if it says TinyMCE or kupu under editor.
