It would be good to have control over the effective date of items, which
will help site editors greatly in managing content.
I can't see this tab for items on EM.org, or in Plumi.
Has this been taken out as part of a customisation? I think we should look
at putting this back in for Managers and Editors only, on Plumi & EM.org
