Hmm, ok, after a bit of confusion, I'm re-opening this on Plumi trac,
rather than on EM.
This can be done in Plumi, with a way to disable it as an option inside
the configlet for Plumi Settings.

Removed the ability for owners to change the view on folders, as per
ticket #255 . This still enables Managers and editors to change it if
