Did you try the options in the Display drop-down next to Add New, in the
bar above tabs Contents, View, Rules, Sharing etc. on the front page
when logged in?

video to "featured" (after you first set it to published). The state is

is a video that has been transcoded successfully in webm (for mobile) and
mp4 versions, on standard quality plus a high one. The transcoded profiles
can be altered in Plumi, so the produced transcoded video files differ
according to a site administrator needs. There is documentation on how to
change the transcoding profiles, it has to be updated though I believe.
The second link is apparently a music file (can be downloaded through
http://demo.plumi.org/Members/Kacykos/videos/kacykos/at_download/video_file),
so Plumi does not need to transcode it, but it includes a player so the
file can be reproduced.
