Duties include working with patrons in person and on the phone, processing subscription, single ticket and group sales, issuing subscription exchanges, as well as sale reporting and assisting with database maintenance. Applicants must be proficient on a computer, have excellent "people skills," enjoy working with the public in a friendly and efficient manner, and be detail oriented.
