I've noticed that after the door unlocks when I'm leaving, the locks
don't re-engage for a few moments after I've exited... and there's
nothing to hold the door securely shut during that time.
Why don't we have something on the door to pull it shut if nothing is
holding it open?

doors were unlocked (and literally open). Just a friendly reminder, if
you're the last one out of the space, please close the doors and make
sure they're locked!
