A significant portion of time will be providing technical support to customers. Professional communication skills are very important (written and verbal over the phone).

This is an entry level position for someone recently graduated from an IT program to begin with technical support initially. It is an excellent opportunity for the right person that wants to be in a continuous learning environment as we are willing to provide additional training. This is a career opportunity – permanent, full time, and room for advancement.

Our environment is something like Google (drinks stocked in fridge, fun corporate events like Speedworld / box suite with Goldeyes, etc), but we are also very fast paced environment.
