I totally agree.. if somebody can make those rooms worth more than
$100/month to keep (for example, find 3 new members as a result of
having them), then we're ahead, and we don't have to worry about renting
them!

If we had a decent room that was finished, had a good table (I can
donate a table with a grid on it), had lights, chairs, etc., I'd host my
Friday night D&D games there for sure. That would definitely lead to
drink/snack sales.

But we have to set them up, as such. Step 1 might be to move the arcade
machines somewhere, get some paint, posters, table, chairs, etc. It
wouldn't be too hard, and I can bring in various terrain/buildings if we
had shelves in there that can be used for various games.
