My suggestion: As this is not a part of our lease discussions and is
instead a normal operations request/question, I will ask AW if they're
okay with our plans for electrical. I think you'll find that they are
on-board. I will also ask them about the requirements of informing the
landlord in writing. In the last discussions I had with the landlord I
informed them that we were going to be installing new electrical,
should we be staying - they said they were fine with that. Any written
notice would merely be a formality. I am not a part of the discussions
for hammering out a lease.
