I am aiming at large scale clean up, storage rooms, moving benches to the rooms the belong in etc. The goal is to set up enough room to do real renovation work in.
Right now worst case is we leave in 6 months, we will be having our anniversary party in this space. Might as well make it looks good for as little cost as we can. Finish some trim work and patch the walls with existing materials. Also attendance is not mandatory.
