Which question re the lease framed prior to Tuesday Oct 23 was still a relevant question after the new details of Tuesday Oct 23?
Critical new information that day was the revelation that we were being asked for half of hydro bills as a condition to staying and were also being offered the chance to yeild space to Assent Works to save cost.
Our fundamental (hard policy) choices went from accept/decline to , yield none, yield 1, yield 2, yield 3, yield 4, yield all -- and with a different price for the yield none option compared to prior to Oct 23.
I've been waiting for the board to announce a new question and vote process for tomorrow. I'm hoping now that the board has news that makes both the original question (accept/decline) and the new multi-choices (yield 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and everything) irrelevant -- if one of these two questions/issues is still relevant and there isn't any reason to hold them up, I'm going to be pissed if there's no formal process to bring them to the members and to bring closure to our situation.
