Also, surprise costs are much more likely when you own, and I'd be surprised if we found the right type of space space that's both for sale, in our pricerange, and that suited us (in terms of location/type/etc). Our original plan was that Mike Legary would buy a place and both AW and Sksp would move in. But that didn't end up happening, instead we found a good deal on a place to lease.
