We're not sure what the specs are yet, and a knob that works
for-sure/without-hackery with card access may require replacing the whole
door. Also this landlord is quite sensitive to what we do/change so we'll
have to do this nicely/carefully. All of us are eager to get in, but please
give us a bit of time and we'll work on it Tuesday/Wednesday.
