I'm very much against building any sort of walls: the landlord doesn't want us making that sort of modification, afaik.
Also, we've moved a LOT of stuff in, and building anything will be *messy*. One suggestion that's been made is perhaps we can get dividers, like the build work cubicles with. I'm going to check with Syrotech to see if they have any, and what the price would be. Other options would be to build movable dividers ourselves (sort of like flimsy walls on stands), or hang curtains (which the landlord already said would be ok). I'd like to propose another plan though - if we buy nice steel shelves (like AssentWorks recentlyl did), we could set them up on either side of the workshop area. As the shelves fill up, they will act as walls and provide much needed storage. If we buy appropriately sized bins, we could even rent them to interested members.
